How do I register for Balder’s Christmas at Tivoli?
You can register using the link in your email invitation from Balder. You will only receive this email if you have given your consent to receive marketing from Balder. Registration takes place online. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code.
When can I register?
Registration opens on 19 October 2026. Tickets are limited, so registration will close as soon as all places have been booked. You will then be able to join a waiting list.
Why haven’t I received an invitation?
Invitations are only sent to Balder residents who have given their consent to receive marketing from Balder. If you have not received an invitation, we may not have your marketing consent on record.
You can give your consent or get help in the following ways:
Scan the QR code on the Christmas poster in your stairwell.
Email Balder’s marketing department at marketing@balder.dk.
Call our customer service team on 55 55 07 07.
Please note that giving your consent does not automatically register you for the event.
I clicked “Deltag” (“Attend”) in the Mit Balder app. Am I registered?
No. Clicking “Deltag” on the earlier Save the Date event in Mit Balder did not count as an official registration and does not grant admission to the event. You need to register using the link in the official invitation from Balder.
How many people can I register?
You can register up to five people per tenancy, including yourself. Children under the age of 3 have free admission to Tivoli Gardens and do not need to be registered. They therefore do not count towards the maximum of five tickets per tenancy.
Is there a charge for attending?
No. Balder’s Christmas at Tivoli is free for registered residents and their guests, up to a maximum of five people per household.
Is my waiting list confirmation an admission ticket?
No. A waiting list confirmation means that you have been added to the waiting list, but it does not grant admission to the event. If tickets become available, you will be notified directly by email. You must have a confirmed registration with a valid QR code to gain admission.
