What is it like to live in one of Balders properties?

Room for all generations

We create homes with room for all ages and family forms. We sometimes experience that different generations of the family choose to settle in the same property. For example, our residents Helena, her daughter Anelía and grandfather Kjartan all live in Agerhusene. They enjoy living close to each other which allows them to meet up for dinner during the weekdays and help each other out with everyday chores;

”When Anelía gets home from school, she oftens drop by her grandfather for an icecream and a big, loving hug. Me and Anelía also frequently invite him over for dinner and a game of 'Uno'", Helena tells.

"We got everything we need"

Michelle, Simon and their two children love living in our property Lerholmen in Nærheden:

"We love living in Lerholmen and in this new neighborhood called Nærheden. Here are plenty of calm and lush outdoor areas, a great playground for the kids and the school and daycare are just around the corner. And then we can reach Copenhagen centre in just 20 minutes"

Enjoying life at Fælledkanten

Anne-Mette lives in Fælledkanten together with her boyfriend and their dog and they enjoy life here:

"I love living close by nature, my friendly neighbours and not at least being nearby citylife in Copenhagen. I also enjoy the beautiful roof terrace, where I held my amazing birthday party last summer"
