Merry Christmas from Balder
Christmas is a time for gatherings with loved ones, but corona has made it difficult to do so. On this page you will find a lot of Christmas goodies and we at Balder wish to make Christmas a jolly season for you and your family and spread extra holiday joy at a different Christmas time.

As Christmas is approaching, we at Balder will take the opportunity to thank you all for being part of Balder’s community and wish you a Merry Christmas with a little holiday greeting. Watch the video here on the page from December 5th. - Courtyard sing along with Marie Carmen Koppel
From the 5-14th of December, Balder and Marie will visit all courtyards and sing the well-known Christmas carols, which we all love. See below when we will visit your property.
We will bring Christmas to you
In Balder we will do our part for making Christmas joyful. This is why we invite you to join us when we will light up the Christmas tree alongside with Christmas music and cozy sing along – all delivered directly to your home. All you need to do is to be home.
To help the holiday spirit come along, we have put up Christmas trees at your property and decorated them with beautiful Christmas lights to brighten up the dark.
When we light up the Christmas tree we have a very special musical gift with us, which we hope will spread even more light and joy. We have been so lucky to have Denmark’s soul queen Marie Carmen Koppel join us at all our properties. Below you can see when we will come to yours.
Participate in Balder´s Christmas competition
Happy December! In Balder we are in a great holiday mood and have three Christmas gifts up for grabs, which you can win for you and your home🎅🎄.
If you are the lucky winner, you will get the opportunity to choose from a selection of exclusive gifts on GaveFabrikken.dk for DKK 500.
Duration:
Join the Christmas competition from 1-16 th of December 2020. We will contact the winners directly on either Facebook, Instagram or through email, depending on which channel you used for participation. The winners will also be announced on our social media.

Who can participate:
To participate in the competition, you must be at least 18 years old and have an address in one of Balder’s rental homes.
