Lerholmen's Greenhouse

Lerholmen offers a unique greenhouse which is free for residents to use. Stay here when the rain pours down outside, wrap yourself in a nice blanket and read a good book. You can also enjoy a coffee with a neighbor here while the children play outside.

The greenhouse is also the perfect place for birthdays and other festive events.

It is free to use the greenhouse, and you do not need to reserve it in advance. We expect you to tidy up and clean the greenhouse after use. If you have questions about using the greenhouse, simply contact your customer manager. You will find her information further down the page.

The conservatory is for every tenants to use and cannot be booked for private events.

What should I do in case of loud noise from neighbours?

We encourage all residents to show consideration and understanding towards their neighbours. If you experience general noise annoyance, we first and foremost encourage you to talk to your neighbours about the problem and, hopefully, find a solution together. If you continue to experience problems, you can contact your property manager.
