On Sunday, May 17, the rental of Lerholmen starts. Here you can get an individual presentation of the sample housing and reserve one of the apartments.

On Sunday the 17th of May the newly built apartments in Lerholmen will be available for rental. Lerholmen is situated in Sporstræde in Nærheden - a new and sustainable quarter in Hedehusene.

Lerholmen is composed of 186 apartments, which vary in size ranging from 2-4 rooms and 58-99 m2. Every apartment has its own balcony or terrace. The residential property embodies the ambitions of Nærheden: sustainability, a sense of community and an easy everyday life.  

“We have strived to create bright and functional homes tailored to the everyday life. And the apartments are both environment friendly and future-proofed. The buildings meet the requirements for the highest energy label, all homes are equipped with their own high efficiency ventilation system, and the buildings are heated by an environmentally friendly heat supply. Additionally, solar panels will be installed on the roofs of the property”, says Lasse Aagaard-Møller, project manager at Balder Danmark.

Lerholmen is constructed by Balder Danmark, Sjælsø Management and DesignGroup Architects.

Rental start

On Sunday, May 17, the rental of Lerholmen starts. Here you can get an individual presentation of the sample housing and reserve one of the apartments. If you want to see the sample housing, you must register at lerhomen.dk or call LokalBolig at 43 99 99 96. The address is Sporstræde 21, 2640 Hedehusene. Unfortunately the adress is not available on a GPS - however, you can approach it by driving towards Hedesvinget 1, 2640 Hedehusene.
