The apartment

The heart of the apartment is a large living room which is combined with the kitchen to create a spacious atmosphere. The large window sections draw daylight into the apartment from all angles. The apartment is also equipped with a modern kitchen from Invita, appliances from Bosch Siemens and plenty of wardrobe space in the master bedroom. From the entry hall, you have access to the spacious and inviting bathroom with built-in underfloor heating, a moulded marble sink, a wall-hung toilet and a combined washer and dryer. From the living room, you have access to a large balcony that provides a private breathing space with plenty of sunlight, fresh air and relaxation. You can apply for pet permission in all our apartments. NOTE: if you want measurements of the apartment, you must bring the measuring equipment to the showing yourself, as there are no measurements on the floor plan.

The property

Bastionen is a fascinating estate with a strong architectural identity designed by the award-winning architects Danielsen Architecture. Here, you are welcomed by the characteristic “hanging gardens” which decorate the façade of the property and leads into the green inner courtyard. The unique vegetation from the surrounding Kalvebod Fælled has been drawn into the courtyard and the balconies, which helps to mitigate the wind and create a green oasis. The southwest corner of Bastionen has been built significantly lower than the other corners of the property to draw sun into the inner courtyard and provide the best view possible of the surrounding nature in Skovrummet and Fælleden. The lowered corner in the southwest part of the building also means that the apartments get a great inflow of daylight. The green and diversified vegetation of the inner courtyard creates relaxing cozy corners and perfect natural surroundings for child’s play with tall climbing trees, small hills and meadow grass where you can play hide and seek. The inner courtyard also features a greenhouse, a basketball court and a sheltered area for bicycle parking.
