The apartment

The apartment is built in classic, contemporary materials. The light kitchen has a wooden tabletop and offers built-in appliances. The kitchen is an extension of the living room, so you get a large, open space. The bathroom is practical with underfloor heating, built-in spots, separate shower as well as washing machine and dryer. You can apply for a pet permission in all our apartments. NOTE: if you want measurements of the apartment, you must bring the measuring equipment to the showing yourself, as there are no measurements on the floor plan.

NB: the pictures do not show the exact apartment, but instead are pictures of an apartment with the somewhat same floor plan and in the same condition. There may be variations in window, balcony and radiator placements between apartments of the same type. The property

The property “Stævnen” is located at the southernmost end of Ørestad with a clear view of the protected green area at Kalvebod Fælled. It is surrounded by water to the east and south, which delimits the property against the fields. It has a light and modern expression with white-washed facades. The frames around the balconies express the location and individuality of the apartments. These are made with steel and wooden decks, which gives a warm and welcoming, architectural expression. The property, which was built in 2006, also offers a shared roof top terrace, camera surveillance, a playground in the courtyard, lifts, storage rooms, waste chute and secure bicycle parking in the basement.

Local area

The local area is called, Ørestad South, which is Copenhagen's new green district that contains a mix of housing, business, education, and culture. The area is characterized by modern architecture and Kalvebod Fælled's vast nature. The neighborhood is constantly evolving, and the thousands of new residents are creating an atmosphere full of life and activity. Although the protected nature is situated right next to, Ørestad South is also very close to Copenhagen's center. By metro you can be at Kgs. Nytorv station in 14 minutes. However, you have access to everything your heart might desire within this neighborhood. In addition to the magnificent nature, Ørestad South is home to Denmark's largest shopping center, Field's, and great cultural experiences, such as concerts and entertainment in the Royal Arena. Further, schools, kindergartens, sports facilities, cafes etc. are all close by.
