Øresund Park

• Rental of parking space in the property's underground parking garage. Regular parking spaces, disabled spaces, and spaces prepared for electric car chargers are available. For more information about terms and pricing, please contact the property’s customer representative.

• Purchase of a parking permit for outdoor parking on the property’s grounds. The permit can be purchased directly from Q-Park. Further information is available on the signage at the parking area.

• Free parking on public roads.

At Øresund Park, it is possible to rent the property's two common rooms for festive arrangements etc. It's free to rent the common room on weekdays. Weekend rentals cost DKK 1,800.00 and are payable through the 'Mit Balder' app. The price includes final cleaning.

The common rooms are located at the following addresses:

Øresundsvej 145, st. left. The room is close to Øresund Metro Station and is approved for 50 people. The room includes a fully equipped kitchen, toilets, large terrace, tableware, tables and chairs.

Strandlodsvej 63A, st. The room is approved for 50 people and is connected to La Madeline, which has good offers on food and drink for the party. The room contains tables, chairs and access to toilets.

We encourage all residents to show consideration and understanding towards their neighbours. If you experience general noise annoyance, we first and foremost encourage you to talk to your neighbours about the problem and, hopefully, find a solution together. If you continue to experience problems, please contact your property manager between 8AM-5PM on Monday to Thursday. Friday between 8AM-4PM.
