The apartment

Well-designed 2-room apartment Nice large living room with direct access to a south-facing sunny furnishable balcony. In connection with the living room, a modern white Invita kitchen with good cupboard space and appliances from Bosch Siemens, including a dishwasher. Bedroom with fitted wardrobes. Spacious and welcoming bathroom with beige tiles on the floor and in the shower and underfloor heating. Moulded sink in marble line, wall-hung toilet and washbasin. Beautiful Tarkett laminate parquet flooring in Nature Oak with matt lacquer. Directly from the apartment and with easy access are storage rooms. Lots of light throughout the apartment through large, beautiful windows. If you live in Lynghaven, it's a 5-minute walk to Hedehusene Station, from where trains to Copenhagen take 23 minutes. It is possible to apply for a pet permit in all our apartments.

The property
