The apartment

The apartment is designed with classic, Scandinavian elements, which makes it appear modern, bright and inviting. The large windows provide a fantastic inflow of light and thereby create a warm atmosphere. The heart of the apartment is a central living room with open kitchen and dining area. The discreet, white kitchen is from Invita with appliances from Siemens. In the bathroom there are tiles on the floor and in the shower cabinet. In addition, there is a washing machine and dryer from Siemens in the bathroom. In the master bedroom you will find built-in closets for storage. You can apply for a pet permission in all our apartments. NOTE: if you want measurements of the apartment, you must bring the measuring equipment to the showing yourself, as there are no measurements on the floor plan.

NB: the pictures do not show the exact apartment, but instead are pictures of an apartment with the somewhat same floor plan and in the same condition. There may be variations in window, balcony and radiator placements between apartments of the same type. The property

Øresund Park consists of five buildings, which are tied together by green, open courtyards, which makes it possible to move around freely between the buildings. Recreational areas are created with space for both play and quiet contemplation. The property is from 2018, designed by Henning Larsen Architects and built with beautifully colored bricks and different facade elements that create a varying facade composition. It has been built with care, whereby the property is very energy efficient - among other thing, solar panels have been installed on the roof and all apartments are compliant with the energy labeling A2020. Local area

The area around Øresund Park has undergone a major transformation in recent years, partly because of the establishment of the fantastic natural areas at Amager Beach. Nytorv in the city center in just 7 minutes and in 6 minutes you are at the airport. Just a 5-minute walk away, there are miles of sandy beach. It is also possible to play miniature golf, beach volleyball or take advantage of the fantastic conditions for kite surfing. If you walk along the beach, you will reach the kayaking club and the marina. There are several grocery stores, fitness options as well as cozy restaurants and cafés in the immediate area. Furthermore, if you have children, there is a day care and schools in the immediate area.
