The property was built in 2018 and all apartments have a new, modern appearance. The apartments are constructed in Scandinavian style, with bright materials and minimalistic design. The large windows draw plenty of daylight into the apartment, which creates a warm atmosphere and a beautiful play of light on the bright oakwood floor. All apartments have a central living room with an open kitchen and dining space. The discrete, white kitchen is from Invita, with appliances from Siemens. The bathroom features a nice, tile floor and a combined washer and dryer from Siemens. Furthermore, the apartments are built with a special focus on energy efficiency; for example, there is a solar cell system on the tools and appliances that live up to energy labelling A2020.

 

Copenhagen's best beach in the backyard

There are only a few places you can live so close to the city and, at the same time, live right by the beach and the ocean. Only a 5-minute walk away, Amager Beach Park features kilometres of the finest bathing beach. Here you can play minigolf or beach volleyball, or utilize the amazing environment for kite-surfing. If you walk along the waterline, you will get to the kayak club and the marina.
