The apartment
Spacious 3-room apartment where you are welcomed into the apartment through an entrance with space for outerwear. Additionally, there is a bedroom with closet space and an extra room. The rest of the apartment has beautiful Oak floors and underfloor heating. The apartment features a modern kitchen/dining area by Invita Kitchen with all appliances. There is space for a combined dining and living arrangement, which is in open connection to the terrace where you can enjoy your coffee.
Torveporten is located at the former Grønttorv in Valby, close to all the essentials for a busy everyday life. Here, you'll find everything from shops, businesses, parking garages, shopping opportunities, and daycare as well as schools - all within a short distance. City Hall Square, Fisketorvet, and Copenhagen Zoo are also within a short cycling distance. The New Ellebjerg Station is a short walk away, where a new metro station is also on the way.
It is possible to apply for a pet permit for one pet in all apartments. The application must be approved by the landlord in advance.
