There are parking spaces in the homeowners’ association along Campusvej behind the property, which can be used with a parking permit. Only households with a car are eligible for a parking permit, which costs DKK 50 per month. A parking permit entitles you to park in the area but does not guarantee a space. Please contact your account manager to arrange a parking permit.

In addition, we refer to other available parking options in the area.

We encourage all residents to show consideration and understanding towards their neighbours. If you experience general noise annoyance, we first and foremost encourage you to talk to your neighbours about the problem and, hopefully, find a solution together. If you continue to experience problems, please contact your property manager between 8AM-5PM on Monday to Thursday. Friday between 8AM-4PM.
