It is possible to park in the landscaped parking spaces with a correctly registered resident's license. It is also possible to buy a parking license for one of the two underground car parks in the area by contacting your customer manager.

Please note: Moving trucks taller than 2.7 metres or weighing more than 3,500 kg are not permitted on the property's premises (via the section above the underground parking garage furthest from Hovvej).

We encourage all residents to show consideration and understanding towards their neighbours. If you experience general noise annoyance, we first and foremost encourage you to talk to your neighbours about the problem and, hopefully, find a solution together. If you continue to experience problems, please contact your property manager between 8AM-5PM on Monday to Thursday. Friday between 8AM-4PM.

If you experience noise from a party or similar, you can contact our night guards. They are available by phone every day of the week from 10:00 pm to 4:00 am and can be reached at +45 30 39 64 62.
